We have personally telephoned landlords and banks to keep people in their homes. This extensive hands-on experience has given us a unique perspective regarding the extreme and varied circumstances of our customers. In the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, we personally made sure that the entire weight of our organization was behind our customers’ quest to regain their footing.

Our team has a combined 25+ years of industry experience. We made history by revolutionizing the time required for the Structured Settlement process by shortening it from 120 days down to 40. We continue to help people that, through no fault of their own, find themselves in tough financial situations. We ensure that our customers will be able to buy their first dream home, or perhaps keep their homes safe from foreclosure, or possibly to make their homes handicapped accessible. Sometimes the objective is simply to stop evictions or to help them recover from natural disasters.

For us at Imperial our occupation is a way of life and not just a job. Finance companies usually strive to make themselves and their clients profitable. Once their objective is reached, the relationship ends. Our philosophy is very different. We have recently made a strategic business decision to change the name of our organization from Washington Square Financial, LLC to Imperial Structured Settlements, LLC. Imperial Structured Settlements will still provide the same superior service, but will now fall under the umbrella of Imperial Holdings, LLC. Imperial Holdings has the wide-ranging expertise of leading professionals within the financial industry, and will continue to be the most dedicated and knowledgeable pioneer in this field.
